How to make it

  • Mix all of the above ingredients together very well.
  • Form into a ball.
  • Place in the middle of a large serving platter on a bed of lettuse leaves.
  • Put crackers, celery, carrots, whatever other stuff you like to dip in /with a cheese ball.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, best if over night for the blending of the flavors.
