A smooth and creamy chocolate fondue made with Irish Cream. Try pound cake or angel food cake for dipping!

Ingredients
- 9 oz. ounces good quality semi sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup cream - or half and half for the dieters
- 1/4 cup Irish Cream - like Baileys
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in fondue pot or sauce pan;
- Stir on low heat until warmed and a smooth consistency is reached.
