A simple and easy way to quench your desire for an apple pie but without the gluten.

Ingredients
  • 2 tart green apples
  • 1 red delicious apple
  • 2 T of butter
  • 1-2 T honey (depending on how sweet you like them)
  • dash of salt
  • cinnamon to taste

Directions
  1. Peel, core and slice the apples into 1" chunks
  2. Heat up a couple big pats of butter in a skillet then add apples
  3. Add honey, dash of salt and cinnamon to taste
  4. Cook until the apples are slightly soft
  5. Enjoy!
