I bought a packet of miso paste sometime back but haven't got a chance to use it. Thought I'll use it today for soup. It's quick and simple. A nice change for me because I always brew my soup for at least 4 hours. Read more See less

Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoon miso paste shopping list
1 handful broccoli florets shopping list
1/2 carrot, sliced shopping list
3 crab stick, sliced into 2 shopping list
750ml water shopping list

How to make it

Mixed Miso paste with water.
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
It's ready when the vegetables are cooked.
