Vegetarian Mushroom Escargots

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 2 tbs. finelly chopped onion shopping list
- 2-3 cloves garlic, mashed shopping list
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 24 medium mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Melt butter, add onions, garlic and parsley. Stir.
- Remove from heat and season.
- Arrange mushrooms in a baking pan, gill side up. Pour garlic butter over mushrooms.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with crusty french bread.

Oh yum! This sounds fantastic. I'll probably throw on a bit of freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano too. (always looking for an excuse to use cheese... LOL)
