Ingredients

1 box graham crackers

2 3- oz packages instant french vanilla pudding mix

3 cups milk

1 can cream

1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup peanuts, roasted and chopped.

Meringue:

5 clear eggs

1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

150 g. sugar

Directions

Spray the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick spray and line with graham crackers.

In a medium bowl combine sweetened condensed milk with cream and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Stir well. cook over medium heat until thickness, in this moment pour condensed milk and cream mixture and mix well.

Spread 1/3 of the pudding mixture over graham cracker layer, repeat it again , top with a final layer of graham crackers and finish using the remaining pudding

Refrigerate dessert until firm at least 4 hours.

Before to serve, prepare the meringue, frosting the dssert, and sprinkle the ground roasted peanuts...
