Pineapple Squares

A real good square done in pineapple and graham cracker crumbs, my mother use to make this at christmas.
Ingredients
- 14 double graham wafers crushed shopping list
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar shopping list
- ¼ c. melted butter shopping list
- Mix together and press into 9x9 pan… Bake at 350 degrees for 10minutes. shopping list

- 3 c. coconut shopping list
- 3 or 4 tbsp. well drain crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- ¼ tsp. salt shopping list
- ½ tsp. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Spread on bottom mixture, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Place under the broiler for the last minute to brown the top.
- ICING:
- 2 scant c. icing sugar
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 11/2 to 2 tbsp. crushed pineapple
- Mix well together, and if too stiff add 1 tsp. milk to bring to spreading consistency.
