Pineapple Squares Recipe

Ingredients

14 double graham wafers crushed

2 tbsp. brown sugar

¼ c. melted butter

Mix together and press into 9x9 pan… Bake at 350 degrees for 10minutes.

TOP:

3 c. coconut

3 or 4 tbsp. well drain crushed pineapple

1 can sweetened condensed milk

¼ tsp. salt

½ tsp. vanilla

Directions

Spread on bottom mixture, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Place under the broiler for the last minute to brown the top.

ICING:

2 scant c. icing sugar

2 tbsp. margarine

½ tsp. vanilla

11/2 to 2 tbsp. crushed pineapple

Mix well together, and if too stiff add 1 tsp. milk to bring to spreading consistency.
