Herb-Cheese Onions

- 6 cups thinly sliced onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tall can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup water shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried parsely shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- dash pepper shopping list
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-boil oninons in small amount of boiling water 2-3 min
- drain and put into 2 qt. casserole dish
- melt butter and blend in flour, gradually stir in milk, then water, cook stirring until thickened.
- add remaining ingredients (except paprika) and stir until cheese is melted
- pour over onions
- Bake at 325 for 1 hours
- sprinkle with paprika and serve
