Ingredients
  • 2 cans tuna, hot and spicy (with natural oil)
  • 400 g penne pasta, (cooked)
  • 1/3 cup of cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic gloves, crushed and chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley (optional)

Directions
  1. Saute garlic using tuna's oil in a pan, then add the tuna. Cooked for about 2 minutes over medium heat.
  2. In a bow, whisk egg yolk and cheese.
  3. Remove pan from heat. Add egg mixture into the pan.
  4. Then mix in the cream.
  5. salt and pepper (according to taste).
  6. Pour sauce over the cooked pasta.
  7. Garnish with parsley.
  8. *you can also use any kind of pasta
