Pineapple Cassarole

This pineapple bake is a good dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas. It is refreshing. Don't let the ingredience fool you - it is also delicious. I recommend everyone try it just once.
Ingredients
- 2 cans of pineapple - chunky style2 cups of grated cheese - sharp1/2 cup of sugar6 tablespoons of flour shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pineapple and mix with rest of the ingredience pour onto a greased cassarole dishcrush 30 Ritz crackers and place on topadd 1/2 stick of melted butter or oleoBake at 350 degreesIf you think it looks to dry before baking - add some of the pineapple liquid. It should not be to run tho - so be careful

I love pineapple & cheese together -- I used to crave pineapple & cheese pizza when I was pregnant! (Check out my Pineapple Cheese Salad recipe... :) I never thought to try it this way, though... thank you JustLearnin :)
