Ingredients
  • Whole wheat bread, very thinly sliced
  • boiled ham, thinly sliced
  • Chive mayonnaise:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup snipped chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • This makes one cup.

Directions
  1. Trim crusts from bread.
  2. Spread one side of each slice with chive mayonnaise.
  3. Place a slice of ham between two slices of bread
  4. Cut sandwich diagonally in quarters to make triangular sandwiches.
  5. Mayonnaise:
  6. Stir together mayo, chives and lemon juice with a dash of salt.
  7. Makes one cup.
