Everybody loves this dip. It shows up party after party....but it always disappears.

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/4 cups small shrimp, cooked peeled to tail and deveined
  • 1 cup bottled or homemade seafood cocktail sauce (ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Tobasco)
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • 1 medium red or green pepper, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced

Directions
  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  2. Spread on ungreased 12" plate or serving platter.
  3. Scatter shrimp over cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer remaining 5 ingredients, in order given, over shrimp. Cover
  5. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or toast points.
