Surprise Shrimp Spread

Everybody loves this dip. It shows up party after party....but it always disappears.
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 1/4 cups small shrimp, cooked peeled to tail and deveined shopping list
- 1 cup bottled or homemade seafood cocktail sauce (ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Tobasco) shopping list
- 2 cups grated mozzarella shopping list
- 1 medium red or green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 3 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 medium tomato, diced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
- Spread on ungreased 12" plate or serving platter.
- Scatter shrimp over cream cheese mixture.
- Layer remaining 5 ingredients, in order given, over shrimp. Cover
- Chill until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips or toast points.
