How to make it

  • Preheat oven to tempature on the cornbread directions.
  • Ground 1lb hamburger or ground turkey.
  • Drain Grease.
  • Add salsa, mix well with meat.
  • Add drained corn and olives to meat mixture.
  • Place in glass baking pan.
  • Mix cornbread according to directions on package and pour over meat mixture.
  • Cook according to cornbread directions or until cornbread is baked through. (it usually takes a little longer than the package directions instruct)
  • Serve with sour cream.
