How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Rub tenderloin with both pepper seasonings, covering entire surface
  • Place in a shallow roasting pan and roast for 20-25 minutes
  • internal temperature should be 155-160
  • Let tenderloin sit for 5 minutes before slicing
