Peppered Pork Tenderloin

- 1 whole pork tenderloin, about 1 pound shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425
- Rub tenderloin with both pepper seasonings, covering entire surface
- Place in a shallow roasting pan and roast for 20-25 minutes
- internal temperature should be 155-160
- Let tenderloin sit for 5 minutes before slicing
