Chinese Style Fried Rice

- 4 cups cooked rice shopping list
- 3 garlics (mashed) shopping list
- 1 big onions (sliced) shopping list
- 5 bird's chillis (sliced) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil shopping list
- 8-10 medium size prawns (peeled the skins) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minded) shopping list
- a little bit soy sauce shopping list
- a pinch of salt shopping list
- a pinch of sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of spring onions (sliced) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of dried anchovies (mashed) shopping list
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables (thawed) shopping list
- 1/2 cups of oyster mushrooms shopping list
- 1-2 eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Mixed the egg with the rice.
- Heat the wok with oils and butter together.
- Fry the garlics, minced gingers and onions until soft.
- Then, add the prawns, anchovies and oyster sauce
- Mix it with rice, mixed vegetables and bird chillis.
- Lastly add in the spring onions and season with enough salt, sugar and pepper of your liking.
