Ingredients
  • 1 cup salsa, choose your spiciness
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, I used Italian seasoned
  • cooking spray
  • small amount of shredded cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. coat pan with cooking spray
  3. dip chicken breasts in salsa and then in bread crumbs
  4. place in pan, sprinkle with shredded cheese
  5. bake 350 for 40 minutes, or until done.
