Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place sugar, cream of tartar or corn syrup, salt, water, and egg whites in the top of a double boiler.
  • Beat with a handheld electric mixer for 1 minute.
  • Place pan over boiling water, being sure that boiling water does not touch the bottom of the top pan. (If this happens, it could cause your frosting to become grainy).
  • Beat constantly on high speed with electric mixer for 7 minutes.
  • Beat in vanilla.

    NOT ONLY DOES YOUR ICING SOUND FAB...... 5 FORKS, 5 KNIVES & AT LEAST 5 SPOONS SO I CAN LICK THEM ALL AFTER I CLEAN THE BOWL.
    WHAT NO ONE HAS MENTIONED IS THAT IT'S LOW FAT AS IT HAS ZERO BUTTER OR EGG YOLKS.
    ACTUALLY, IT'S A PERSON W/ DAIRY PROBLEM'S WET DREAM!!!!
    SO WHAT IS "WE DON'T THINK..." ALL ABOUT. STICK TO BOLOGNA, NINNIES

    It is yummy, just so time consuming, there are 3 hyper kids running aound this house, that I darn not make it until they are all in school.
