Italian Appetizer Bites

- 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 8 ounces deli salami, thinly sliced shopping list
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced shopping list
- 8 ounces deli cooked ham, thinly sliced shopping list
- 7 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 (12 ounce) jars roasted red peppers, drained shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls to line bottom of prepared pan. Pinch seams together.
- Layer with half the salami, Provolone and ham.
- Beat together 6 eggs with Parmesan cheese. Pour half over ham layer.
- Layer in half the roasted red peppers.
- Layer with remaining salami, Provolone and ham.
- Pour remaining egg mixture over and top with remaining roasted red peppers.
- Top with remaining can of crescent rolls, again pinching seams to seal.
- Beat remaining egg and brush over top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool 1 hour.
- Cut into 32 squares to serve.
