Ingredients

How to make it

  • Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Unroll one can of crescent rolls to line bottom of prepared pan. Pinch seams together.
  • Layer with half the salami, Provolone and ham.
  • Beat together 6 eggs with Parmesan cheese. Pour half over ham layer.
  • Layer in half the roasted red peppers.
  • Layer with remaining salami, Provolone and ham.
  • Pour remaining egg mixture over and top with remaining roasted red peppers.
  • Top with remaining can of crescent rolls, again pinching seams to seal.
  • Beat remaining egg and brush over top.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool 1 hour.
  • Cut into 32 squares to serve.
