How to make it

  • Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Spread into 9x13 pan and bake 30 minutes.
  • While cake is baking, prepare topping. Using pastry blender, combine softened butter, flour and brown sugar. Keep blending until well mixed and crumbly. You won't think it will ever come together, but it will. :-)
  • After cake has baked for 30 minutes, crumble topping onto hot cake. Put back in oven for 10 more minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
