How to make it

  • Mix all the ingredients apart from the chicken in a pan on a low heat and stir for 10 minutes or until blended.
  • Lightly slash the chicken breasts 2 or 3 times
  • Place the chicken in a covered casorole dish and pour the bourbon sauce over
  • Place in an oven preheated to 260c for 60 - 80 minutes, turning over half way through
  • Chicken should be tender and sticky.
  • Goes with anything you fancy, I like it with rice.
