Sticky zesty bourbon chicken

- 1 cup bourbon shopping list
- 1 sprig fresh tarrogan shopping list
- 1 cup soy sauce (no sugar) shopping list
- 1.5 tbl spoons celery salt shopping list
- ½ cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1 satsuma shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 pinch of chilli pepper flakes shopping list
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic shopping list
- 1 table spoon dark syrup / molasses shopping list
- ¼ cup freshly grated root ginger shopping list
- 2 teaspoons onion powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 6 chicken breasts shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients apart from the chicken in a pan on a low heat and stir for 10 minutes or until blended.
- Lightly slash the chicken breasts 2 or 3 times
- Place the chicken in a covered casorole dish and pour the bourbon sauce over
- Place in an oven preheated to 260c for 60 - 80 minutes, turning over half way through
- Chicken should be tender and sticky.
- Goes with anything you fancy, I like it with rice.
