High Octane Blue Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. Cream cheese

8 oz. Crumbled blue cheese

1- med. onion, I use a spanish onion

6-10 fresh garlic cloves

Directions

This dip is to be prepared using a blender

I cut the block of cream cheese into 8 pieces because it is so hard to get this mixture "flowing" in the blender especially if you don't do this

Don't place it all in at once, add some garlic, add some, onion, blue cheese, cream cheese until all comes together in a thick dip consistancy.

This dip is good right away, but best if refridgerated overnight.

This dip is either loved or hated :)
