How to make it

  • Cream butter and cream cheese.
  • Mix in flour then wrap in plastic wrap and chill for several hours.
  • When ready to use let soften and roll out into 1/4" thickness.
  • Press into pastry cups and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Combine onion, horseradish, lemon juice and crabmeat and press into pastry cups and return to oven for 10 minutes longer.
