friends and family love these.
Ingredients
- 1&1/2 cups flour CRUST shopping list
- 1&1/2 sticks butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup-powdered sugar shopping list
- mix together, press into 9x13 baking dish Bake 20 min@325* shopping list
- FILLING Filling shopping list
- 3 sllghtly beaten eggs shopping list
- 1&1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 3tbs flour shopping list
- 1/8tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3cup lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- mix crust ingredients
- press into 9x13 baking dish
- bake 20 minutes @325* cool
- beat filling ingredients together till well blended
- Pour over baked cooled crust and bake 25 min @325*
- cool and dust with powdered sugar
