Ingredients
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2t pepper
  • 1 box (17.25 oz) froen puff pastry, thawed

Directions
  1. Brown beef, drain and cool
  2. Add other ingredients
  3. cut pastry into 8 - 5" squares
  4. plave 1/3 cup of mixture into center of square
  5. Fold over to form triangle
  6. Moisten edge with water and seal with fork
  7. Bake on un-greased sheet at 400* for 20 minutes
