Beef Pastry Pockets

- 3/4 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2t pepper shopping list
- 1 box (17.25 oz) froen puff pastry, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef, drain and cool
- Add other ingredients
- cut pastry into 8 - 5" squares
- plave 1/3 cup of mixture into center of square
- Fold over to form triangle
- Moisten edge with water and seal with fork
- Bake on un-greased sheet at 400* for 20 minutes
