Wreath Cake

- 1 Pkg White or yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 Pkg (4-Serving Size) Jello vanilla flavored shopping list
- Instant Pudding shopping list
- 1 1/3 Cups water shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 Cup oil shopping list
- 1 1/3 Cup flake coconut shopping list
- 1 Cup Chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl;
- blend.
- Beat, at medium speed, for 4 minutes.
- Stir in coconut and nuts.
- Pour into greased, floured 10" Bundt Cake Pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan; cool on rack.
- Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting:
- Cream 1/3 cup butter;
- blend in 2 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese.
- Add 1 box (16 oz) confectioners sugar, alternately
- with 4 tsp. milk; beating well after each addition.
- Add 1/2 tsp. Vanilla.
- Spread frosting over top and sides of cake.
- Sprinkle 2 cups Coconut over frosting.
