Ingredients
  • 1 Pkg White or Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Pkg (4-Serving Size) Jello Vanilla Flavored
  • Instant Pudding
  • 1 1/3 Cups Water
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 1/3 Cup Flake Coconut
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions
  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixer bowl;
  2. blend.
  3. Beat, at medium speed, for 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in coconut and nuts.
  5. Pour into greased, floured 10" Bundt Cake Pan.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
  7. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan; cool on rack.
  8. Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting:
  9. Cream 1/3 cup butter;
  10. blend in 2 pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese.
  11. Add 1 box (16 oz) confectioners sugar, alternately
  12. with 4 tsp. milk; beating well after each addition.
  13. Add 1/2 tsp. Vanilla.
  14. Spread frosting over top and sides of cake.
  15. Sprinkle 2 cups Coconut over frosting.
