korean miso soup

- 3 tbs of korean miso paste shopping list
- 1 cup of clams shopping list
- 1/2 cup of korean dried small fish shopping list
- 1/2 cup of green chilli peppers, cut into 1 cm lenght shopping list
- 1/2 cup of onion, cubed (1cm x 1cm) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of toufu, cubed (1cm x 1cm) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of potato, cubed (1cm x 1cm) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of spring onion, cut into 1 cm lenght shopping list
- 3 cups of water shopping list
- pinch of salt, pepper and sugar shopping list
How to make it
- in a korean soup clay pot , add dried fish, bring water to the boil
- add clams, potato, toufu, chilli, onion, cook until boils
- add miso, salt pepper and sugar
- taste, if not salty enough more miso, add spring onion on top, serve
