How to make it

  • in a korean soup clay pot , add dried fish, bring water to the boil
  • add clams, potato, toufu, chilli, onion, cook until boils
  • add miso, salt pepper and sugar
  • taste, if not salty enough more miso, add spring onion on top, serve

    I love Korean food! But have never had this style of miso soup. The potato sounds really good. THanks for the recipe!

    miso is fermented bean paste, the japanese made fermented bean for soup or sauce or for marinade
    they are a little salty, tastes fantastic and very healthy, japanese miso paste are available in most asian goods store or big super markets
