Ingredients
  • 300 grams of organic asparagus, cut in half
  • 100 grams of pork, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 chilli, sliced
  • 2 tbs water
  • 1tbs of chinese wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. with a little oil saute garlic until fragant add chilli and pork
  2. when pork is browned add asparagus, stir fry add water,
  3. wine vinegar soy sauce, salt and pepper
  4. cook until sauce is absorbed, taste, serve
