How to make it
- Heat butter in a skiilit over medium heat. Put bisquick on a small plate, sat and pepper the chops, rub them into the bisquick and then brown them in the skillit on both sides.
- Place your left over stuffing in an oven baking dish sprayed with butter flavor pam, place the browned pork chops on top, cover with foil and place in a 350 degree oven and bake for 45 min.
- Place pork chop and stuffing on plate and put a huge dollop of left over cranberry relish on top. Enjoy. = )
