Flat Truffles Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine

1/3 cup cocoa

3/4 cup icing sugar

Crushed nuts, for coating

Directions

Cream margarine until soft.

Sift in cocoa and blend well.

Sift in icing sugar. Mix well adding more icing sugar if too soft to roll.

Shape into a roll.

Roll in nuts.

Wrap in plastic and chill for several hours.

Serve in slices.

NOTE

I think it would be nice rolled in toasted coconut, crushed candy canes or any number of things besides nuts. This sounds like a very versatile recipe so let your imagination run wild!
