Flat Truffles

- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 1/3 cup cocoa shopping list
- 3/4 cup icing sugar shopping list
- Crushed nuts, for coating shopping list
How to make it
- Cream margarine until soft.
- Sift in cocoa and blend well.
- Sift in icing sugar. Mix well adding more icing sugar if too soft to roll.
- Shape into a roll.
- Roll in nuts.
- Wrap in plastic and chill for several hours.
- Serve in slices.
- NOTE
- I think it would be nice rolled in toasted coconut, crushed candy canes or any number of things besides nuts. This sounds like a very versatile recipe so let your imagination run wild!
