This is a great dip to make for the football games. The guys love it. Go Vikings!

Ingredients
  • 1 can (16oz.) refried beans
  • 3 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 11/4 cups sour crem
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives
  • 16 oz. grated cheese

Directions
  1. Spread refried beans on large plate. I use a round casserole dish.
  2. Mash avocados in a separate bowl. Add lemon juice & pepper.
  3. Mix well and then spread over refried beans.
  4. Combine sour cream & taco seasoning. Spread over refried bean mixture.
  5. Top with tomatoes, onions & cheese.
  6. Serve with your favorite tortilla chip.
