The Great Pumpkin Cookie

- 4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 cups old fashioned oats, uncooked shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 ½ cups butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 cups firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 can 16 oz. pumpkin shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, oats, soda, cinnamon and salt.
- Cream butter, gradually add sugars, beating until light and fluffy. Add
- Egg and vanilla, mix well. Alternate additions of dry ingredients and Pumpkin, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in morsels.
- For each cookie drop ¼ cup dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes, until firm and lightly brown. If making

- Cool on racks.
