Apricot-pecan Camembert

- I wheel of camembert cheese, 8 ounces shopping list
- 1/4 cup of apricot preserves shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts. toasted shopping list
- a few sprigs of fresh thyme leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place cheese in a shallow ovenproof serving dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is very soft.
- Remove from oven and top with preserves of choice, and pecans.
- Bake another 3 minutes.
- Top with thyme.
- Serve with crackers or cocktail bread slices. You know those little square ones.
