Quick punch to make for warm Florida winter days, when a mulled wine seems too heavy. Light, sparkly and a good use of grapefruit!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups of pineapple juice, chilled
  • 2 cups of pink grapefruit juice, chilled and fresh squeezed
  • 1 cup of fresh orange juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup of lime juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of ginger ale, chilled

Directions
  1. Mix the lime juice with the sugar, stir until dissolved, add the other juices and stir.
  2. Pour in ginger ale at the last minute and serve.
  3. Easily doubled or tripled.
  4. I freeze little mandarin orange sections in ice cube trays and use them to keep the drink cool. Frozen strawberry slices look pretty too, depending on the season.

This sounds good, but I don't live in Florida, is it ok if I still make it?

This sounds awesome!! Sounds good for warm days in East TN, too...never know around here...have warm and cold sporadically throughout the year...this is definately a keeper!!

That sounds so light and refreshing, notcho - I love the pink grapefruit juice in it for some real "tart appeal". It will make an excellent brunch beverage, even though it's chilly in the midwest now!
