Ingredients

100 grams of dried lingzhi

300 grams of dried red dates

100 or 200 grams of rock sugar

10 cups of water

Directions

with a lid on, bring lingzhi, red dates to the boil

add rock sugar, cook for at leat 40 mins

turn off the heat, don't open the lid

let it steam for at least 30 mins

serve
