Buckeye Cookie Bars Recipe
Love Buckeye candy, this is a bar cookie with the chocolate peanut butter combo, enjoy! Love these cookies.

Ingredients
  • 1 Package chocolate cake mix (18 1/2 oz)
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Chopped peanuts
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (325F for a glass dish).
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil and egg; beat on medium speed until crumbly. Stir in peanuts.
  3. Reserving 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. In medium bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk with peanut butter until smooth; spread over prepared crust.
  5. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
  6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Oh wow, I have made buckeye balls for years, but never come across this recipe. Have to give this one a try for sure. Yummers.


Yep, there very good. I just love the combination of Chocolate and Peanut Butter, then when you throw in the bonus of the condensed milk, what more can I say ;)
