QUICK AND EASY BOUULLABAISSE

- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 onions, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 6 tomatoes, peeled and chopped small shopping list
- 1 cup fish stock or 1 bottle clam juice shopping list
- 1 cup dry white wine or chicken stock shopping list
- Pinch saffron shopping list
- 6 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or more shopping list
- 1 pound white fish, cleaned, skinned, and cut into serving pieces shopping list
- 24 raw, shucked clams or mussels I had to use canned ... used 2 shopping list
- 24 small or 12 large raw shrimp, cleaned more if you like shrimp! shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine oil, onions, garlic, and bay leaf in Dutch oven.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, stock, wine saffron, and parsley, cover, and simmer 20 minutes longer.
- Add fish, clams or mussels, and shrimp, cover, and cook 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
