Mocha toffee brownies

Ingredients
- cooking spray shopping list
- 2 tbsp instant coffee granules shopping list
- 1/4 cup hot water shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup toffee chips shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- coat bottom of 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray
- combine coffe and hot water, stirring until coffee dissolves
- combine butter and chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 1 minute or until butter melts. stir until chocolate melts.
- combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
- combine coffee mixture, butter, mixture, vanilla and eggs, stirring with a whisk.
- Add coffee mixture to flour mixture; stir just until combined.
- spread evenly into prepared pan.
- sprinkle evenly with toffee chips
- bake for 22 minutes
