Beer Cheese Soup

- 1/4 pound butter shopping list
- 8 ounces cheddar or American cheese shopping list
- 3 cups chopped celery shopping list
- 12 ounces beer shopping list
- 3 cups chopped onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 grated carrot shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 8 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 6 cups chicken stock shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté celery, onions, carrots in butter. Add salt and pepper. Blend in flour. Add chicken stock and cheese. Heat gently until cheese melts. Add beer. Adjust spices to taste.
