Potato Tapas with Aioli

- 5 Large potatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup Mayo shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 chipotle peppers shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- salt shopping list
- Pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the Potatoes into 1/8 inch thick rounds.
- Sprinkle with some Salt, Pepper and Paprika and Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until cooked.
- Place the Mayo, Sour Cream, Chipotle Peppers and more Paprika into a food processor and combine.
- WHILE THE FOOD PROCESSOR IS RUNNING, slowly drizzle the Olive oil into the mixture.
- Salt and pepper the Mayo mixture (Aioli) to taste.
- Serve the Potatoes on a platter with the Aioli on the side for dipping.
