Holiday Sausage Souffle

- 1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained. shopping list
- 6 slices bread, crusts removed shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups half and half shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Butter bread; cut into cubes.
- Arrange in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with sausage; top with cheese.
- Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage mixture.
- Chill overnight.
- Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
