Spinach-Cheese Swirls

- 1/2 pkg. puff pastry sheets (1 sheet) shopping list
- THAW TIME 40 MINUTES shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tbsp. water shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded muenster cheese or monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 green onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 pkg. (about 10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained and squeezed shopping list
- THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 40 min. shopping list
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix egg and water. Set aside. shopping list
- Mix muenster cheese, parmesan cheese, onion and garlic powder. shopping list
- UNFOLD pastry on lightly floured surface. shopping list
- Brush with egg mixture. shopping list
- Top with cheese mixture and spinach. shopping list
- Starting at short side, roll up like a jelly roll. shopping list
- Cut into 20 (1/2") slices. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture. shopping list
- BAKE 15 min. or until golden. shopping list
- Serve warm or at room temperature. shopping list
How to make it
- THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 40 min.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix egg and water. Set aside.
- Mix Muenster cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion and garlic powder.

- Brush with egg mixture.
- Top with cheese mixture and spinach.
- Starting at short side, roll up like a jelly roll.
- Cut into 20 (1/2") slices. Place on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture.
