How to make it

  • Combine marshmellow creme with sour cream, mixing until well blended ; set aside
  • Combine milk, eggs, flour and salt; beat until smooth and well blended.
  • Heat a 9 inch oven proof skillet in 450 degree oven until very hot.
  • Add butter to coat skillet; pour batter in immediately.
  • Bake on lowest rack at 450 degrees, 10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350; continue baking 10 more minutes or until golden brown.
  • Fill with fruit; top with marshmellow creme mixture.
  • Serve immediately.
  • 6 to 8 servings.
