Apricot Cream Filled Waffles

These are good for Sunday morning breakfast....use store bought waffles if you want it quick... or you can make your own.....your decision This is a Pillsbury recipe...
Ingredients
- 8 waffles, frozen kind or make your own shopping list
- 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 2/3 cup canned apricot halves, chopped, drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup syrup (your favorite brand) shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey; blend well.
- Stir in apricots.
- Spoon and spread apricot mixture onto 4 waffles; top with remaining waffles.
- Serve with warm syrup.
