Ingredients
  • 2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 bag Heath English Toffee Bits
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Melt butter in microwave or double boiler.
  2. Stir in vanilla and cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar.
  4. Stir in butter mixture; add toffee bits and chopped pecans (mixture will be crumbly).
  5. Shape into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.
  7. Makes 4 dozen.

Another great post..... you got my cookie mode in gear!!!!!

These are delicious....need to bake a little more at least 12 minutes. They do not spread and brown. They are very tender, like a pecan ball, but delicious with the taste of toffee.
