How to make it

  • Washed the mackrels
  • mash them with potatoes , onions , chillies , salt and pepper
  • make into small balls
  • roll on egg whites and then on bread powder
  • shallow fry

    Sounds really good - reminds me of the fish and potato croquettes my grandma used to make. I really like the addition of green chilies. Thanks for sharing.

    Looks very good. I make cod cakes a lot like this but with peppers instead of chilies. I like the idea of mackrel because it has more flavor.
