Pineapple-Clementine Ambrosia

                    - sour cream sauce shopping list
 - 1 container(16 oz.)sour cream shopping list
 - 3T. sugar shopping list
 - 1t vanilla extract shopping list
 - Ambrosia shopping list
 - 6 c. fresg pineapple chunks shopping list
 - 12 clementines,peeled and separated into segments shopping list
 - 1c each red and green seedless grapes,halved shopping list
 - 4 kiwi,peeled and cut into 1/2" chunks shopping list
 - 1t. vanilla extract shopping list
 - 2/3 c. mini marshmallows shopping list
 - 1/2c. sweetened flaked coconut. Garnish: maraschino cherries shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Sauce: Mix ingredients in a serving bowl.
 - Ambrosia: Combine pineapple,clementines,grapes.kiwi and vanilla in large serving bowl;gently toss to mix
 - Just before serving,stir in marshmallows and coconut.. Serve with sour cream sauce.
 - Plan ahead: You can make sauce and ambrosia(without marshmallows and coconut) up to 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Stir in coconut and marshmallows just before serving.
