The Buckeye – You may have had one these chocolate-lover's treats but have u ever made them yourself... now u can...so yummy in the tummy!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb powered sugar
  • 3 c. rice crispies cereal
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter (cruncy works too)
  • 1 stick softened butter not melted
  • 12-16 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 block paraffin wax
  • wax paper
  • tooth picks

Directions
  1. In large mixing bowl add softened butter, powered sugar and peanut butter first mix well.
  2. Add rice crispies and fold into the mix.
  3. Use your hands to roll into tablespoon balls or a little bigger.
  4. set balls on to wax paper.
  5. Once done put in freezer for about an hour 2 harden so they wont fall apart.
  6. After that melt chocolate in a sauce pan on low heat.
  7. Shave the wax into it until all is melted
  8. Use a a toothpick to dip the peanut rice crispies balls into chocoalte
  9. place back on wax paper dry pretty quickly.
  10. Then enjoy your little chocolate peanut butter ball treats. buckeye balls...
