Eggnog Cookies

                    - 1/2 cups butter or margarine, softened shopping list
 - 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
 - 1 large egg shopping list
 - 2/3 cup eggnog shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp rum shopping list
 - 2 cups flour shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
 - eggnog ICING: shopping list
 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
 - 5 tbsp eggnog shopping list
 - 1 tbsp butter or margarine, softened shopping list
 - 1/8 tsp nutmeg shopping list
 - sprinkles shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Cream margarine and both sugars. Add egg. Beat well
 - Add eggnog and flavorings, Beat until smooth.
 - Combine flour, soda, nutmeg. Add to eggnog mixture, mixing well ntil no dry flour remains.
 - Drop by tbsp 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
 - Bake 350 degrees 10 - 12 minutes
 - Let stand on cookie sheets for 5 minutes before removing.
 - Eggnog icing:
 - beat first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, adding more sugar or eggnog if necessary until barely pourable consistency
 - Spoon into paper cone or small resealable resealable freezer bag with tiny piece snipped off corner. Drizzle icing in decorative pattern over each cookie.
