This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Paulson Estate in Boise, Idaho in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup biscuit mix
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 2 cans cherry pie filling

Directions
  1. Heat fruit almost to boiling.
  2. Blend biscuit mix and milk thoroughly and drop dough by spoonfuls into hot fruit.
  3. Cover and bake 20 minutes.
