Ingredients

How to make it

  • Press sticks into apples.
  • Heat up water sugar, vinegar, syrup, colouring and salt over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Let the syrup go only up to 140 degrees C.
  • Do not stir syrup after it started boiling.
  • Place the the heated syrup in ypur pot in a tray of hot water.
  • Dip the apples one by one into the syrup.
  • Let the access syrup drip off.
  • Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Let it harden all the way.
  • Kids love it (and the adults with teeth!!)
